Q: What is Wagyu? Do we have British Wagyu?
A: Wagyu is widely considered the pinnacle of beef quality. These animals are celebrated for their exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavour. Originating from the Japanese breed, British Wagyu cattle are raised locally, where they thrive in the lush pastures and cool climate.
Q: What are your Opening hours?
A: Our online shop accepts orders 24/7. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (Monday-Thursday) and use trackable next-day delivery for our products. Orders made from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next business day, same for bank holidays. This is subject to the courier collection schedule.
Q: How to store and defrost our products?
A: If not consumed immediately, store the meat in the freezer. To defrost, avoid leaving it at room temperature, as this may lead to oxidation. Instead, thaw in the fridge at 4°C and serve shortly before consumption for the best appearance and texture.
Q: What if something is not right about the order?
